Salena's Mexican Restaurant: Good Food but Terribly Managed!!!

We used to be once a week Salena's patrons until recently. The hostesses at this place are absolutely worthless One 2 occasions we waited for over 2 hours with a reservation buzzer and no table, even though the estimated wait time was 45 minutes. We asked our hostesss when we would be seated and she was too busy playing on her cell phone. We saw her seat a group of her friends that just walked right in. Management is very complacent, we asked them to seat us after our 2 hour wait and they said their was nothing they could do, they didn't even offer an apology. We e-mailed the GM to inform him about these incidents, and we were ignored. It's too bad they can't get their act together. Plenty of other Mexican places, BUYER BEWARE!
