Strong Memorial Hospital: Strong is the Worst

Posted February 20, 2010

Had a heart attack and went to Strong. The ER people were good and fast, but after that it was all down hill. I can't believe a hospital can be this bad. They didn't keep me informed of anything and acted like they didn't care about me, all the cared about was if I had insurance and how and when they were getting paid. The food was the nastiest food I've ever tasted in my life. The alarm on my I.V. kept going off cause it wasn't put in correctly and each time it went off it would take for ever for someone to come take care of it. And they have more medical students then you can believe, I got no more then 20 minutes sleep with all these students that wanted to come squeeze and poke me. And you have to pay upfront for your TV and Phone.

Rochester General Hospital: Open Heart Surgery

Posted February 8, 2010

I had a Quadruple Heart Bypass there. I've cried with joy and happiness every day since I got out. I thought I was going to die, but I'm alive and well. Everyone there was soo great. I don't think they realize how much they are appreciated.
